Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Jstas. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Shop for groceries and household supplies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community centers. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and may be exposed to physical demands of the job.
