About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Louchel Villaruel. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • General Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
Work Environment
  • Work Site Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
  • Work Location: Employer's/client's home, private residence, employer's home.
