Key Responsibilities of the Fashion Associate:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Monitoring popular merchandise and executing markdowns and SKU adjustments as necessary;
  • Upholding merchandising standards, including planograms, labels, and signage;
  • Conducting inventory counts as required.

Qualifications for the Fashion Associate:

Work Schedule for the Fashion Associate:

A standard full-time schedule typically includes daytime shifts, two evenings weekly, and alternating weekends, totaling 40 hours per week.

While performing the duties of this role, you can expect to:

  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods;
  • Bend, twist, and squat as needed;
  • Lift and/or move items weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.);
  • Engage in tasks requiring firm grasping;
  • Perform repetitive tasks involving various hand motions;
  • Reach above shoulder height and below waist level;
  • Operate equipment, including ladders.
