Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.

Pay Range: $16.08
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
