KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Execute precise cooking techniques in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a cohesive kitchen brigade.

  6. Prepare ingredients and follow recipes in accordance with established kitchen protocols.
  7. Manage the proper storage of food items and kitchen supplies from delivery to usage.
  8. Assist chefs and culinary team members in the preparation of various food items.
  9. Adhere to food safety practices and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  10. Perform additional kitchen tasks as required.
  11. Support coordination of prep work across various service periods.
  12. Utilize kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  13. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  2. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  4. Understanding of kitchen operations, health and safety regulations, and a passion for culinary arts.
  5. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also working independently.
  6. Capacity to perform under pressure with effective time management skills.
  7. Formal culinary education or relevant experience in similar culinary settings.
  8. Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate.
