We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive and Community Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish objectives and formulate policies and programs that align with our organization's vision and mission.
  • Represent our organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring our interests are represented and our reputation is upheld.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management and sales.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Language of work: English.
