Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and future-focused leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a track record of service and development of others, with a proven ability to build capacity in an organization intent on maximizing its impact in community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the organization in achieving its mission and goals, working closely with the Board of Directors and Foundation Board.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to build stronger connections with diverse and inclusive groups, improving services at a grassroots level.
  3. Collaborate with various advocacy groups, health authorities, government agencies, local businesses, community leaders, and members to improve services.
  4. Oversee the delivery of over 65 services in an array of languages within communities across British Columbia.
  5. Ensure the organization's commitment to learning about, celebrating, and incorporating Indigenous knowledge in its work.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and experience in building capacity in an organization. They will be a consummate community- and relationship-builder, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies to improve services at a grassroots level.

What We Offer
