About the Role
The Health Care Aide is a vital member of our care team, providing exceptional support and care to residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Health Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident-Centered Care: Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Documentation: Accurately document resident care and observations, ensuring seamless communication with the care team.
- Safety: Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
Requirements
- Grade 10 education and Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Previous Health Care Aide experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment
- Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
