Are you a skilled Electrician with Journeyperson certification looking for a challenging role in the mining industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Specialist to join our team at SMS Equipment Inc.

This position will provide electrical support and expertise to our customers' mobile mining equipment. You will employ logic and deductive reasoning in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of mining experience, with a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair. You will be responsible for supporting customers and other tradespeople in resolving equipment issues, installing new parts and equipment, and performing component failure analysis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and will be responsible for maintaining workplace health and safety initiatives.

This role requires regular travel to our customers' locations, and you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, criminal background check, employment verification, and drivers abstract.
