- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including merchandise and supplies, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that stock levels are optimized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintenance of the store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other data to inform business decisions and improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Work Setting: Retail business
