Role Summary

A Wedding Coordinator at Westwood Plateau plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our Special Events team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for the bride and groom on their special day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timing details for the bridal couple, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience
  • Facilitate wedding rehearsals and provide guidance to the wedding party
  • Provide exceptional service to the head table during the wedding reception
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Be aware of deliveries and vendor arrivals, ensuring timely and efficient setup
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or F&B Management team

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Serving It Right license is mandatory; Foodsafe certification is an asset
  • Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service requirements
