About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at 2432520 ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business objectives.
