Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager/Sales Manager to join our team at ONTARIO LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and operations teams, driving business growth, and implementing organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A college diploma or equivalent is required, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
