About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Trader to join our team at CC&L Investment Management. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for making informed investment decisions and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve optimal returns for our clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to make informed investment decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal investment outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an equity trading or trading-related role.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team of senior investment professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a collaborative and debate-driven approach to communication.
  • Undergraduate degree and completion of Level 1 of the CFA is an asset.
  • Commitment to living in Vancouver for the long-term.

The base salary range is $90,000 - $200,000 annually, plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
