About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundamental Equity Trader to join our team at CC&L Investment Management. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing trades in the equity markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to achieve investment objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and make informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to identify opportunities and manage risk.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless execution of trades.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an equity trading or trading-related role.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team of senior investment professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a collaborative and debate-driven approach to communication.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Completion of Level 1 of the CFA is an asset.
  • Commitment to live in Vancouver for the long-term.

The base salary range is $90,000 – $200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
