Key Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of beverages according to the Toujours Mikes menu;
- Foster connections with customers through engaging conversations;
- Deliver drinks and food orders to guests at the bar;
- Prepare the bar area (including stocking fruits and preparing garnishes);
- Manage product storage based on expiration timelines;
- Organize and unpack supplies while ensuring proper stock rotation;
- Handle cash transactions, inventory management, and deposits;
- Keep workstations clean and organized;
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- 1-2 years of experience in service or mixology training is preferred;
- Outgoing and sociable demeanor;
- Strong ability to adapt and work well in a team;
- Proficient in French;
- Basic English knowledge is a plus.
Work Schedule
We offer a flexible schedule with options for both full-time and part-time positions. Availability on weekends and holidays may be necessary. Shifts can be split to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.
