About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates to achieve sales and customer experience goals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans and optimize results
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting
  • Ability to effectively communicate and foster a customer-focused selling culture
  • Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to associates
  • Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods
