Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Wireless Country. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
