Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Best Western Hotel. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, drapes, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Laundry and Linen Management
    • Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry to ensure a clean and hygienic supply of linens.
    • Restock linen closets and ensure that all linens are properly stored and organized.
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests by responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene as needed.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that all areas of the hotel are properly cleaned and maintained.
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management to ensure that all areas of the hotel are properly cleaned and maintained.
    • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are properly cleaned and maintained.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Will train.
    • Language
      • English.
    • Work Hours
      • 40 hours per week.
