Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

PK Paradise Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.

Requirements: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: 37.5 hours per week, permanent position, and English as the primary work language.
