Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Robin's Donuts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
