Job Title: Vice President of Sales Operations

Marathon Mortgage Corp. is a leading Canadian mortgage finance company seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Sales Operations to join its management team. As a key member of the executive team, this individual will be responsible for leading sales operations and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship building, and team management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Insights and Relationship Building: Gather data and research to analyze customer information and identify opportunities to build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Team Management and Development: Manage the sales department, build a sound organizational structure, and develop a comprehensive process for attracting, onboarding, and mentoring top sales talent.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the financial sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, ability to serve as an ambassador for the organization, and experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
