TouchBistro is on the lookout for a seasoned Vice President of Sales Operations to enhance our Sales and Business Development divisions. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and various cross-functional leaders to pinpoint opportunities for process and system enhancements, address gaps, and oversee project management and execution of key initiatives.

You will guide a team dedicated to sales data stewardship, manage our comprehensive sales technology stack, and support competitive strategy, financial planning, and performance management at TouchBistro. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to establish scalable processes in a rapidly growing organization, where your responsibilities will expand significantly based on your capabilities.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Initiate and oversee change management projects aimed at enhancing precision, speed, and quality.
  • Proactively identify business needs - lead operational alignment with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to ensure ongoing enhancements to the customer experience.
  • Attract top talent - provide exceptional leadership to mentor and develop our team, while influencing talent acquisition both internally through coaching and externally during recruitment.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine daily sales workflows, develop sales processes, and ensure adoption and compliance.
  • Work alongside the Finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and operational expense management; also oversee compensation plans and ensure alignment of sales incentives with company goals.
  • Manage the complete sales technology stack in partnership with the Internal Systems team (e.g., SFDC, Gong, Slack, Zuora).
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all Sales systems.

About You

  • You possess 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a sales operations role.
  • You hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • You are an exceptional people leader with a proven track record of influencing and nurturing collaborative relationships with cross-functional go-to-market departments, and you excel in coaching, motivating, performance management, and recruiting operations teams.
  • You have extensive expertise in SFDC and a deep understanding of enterprise sales tools.
  • You can think strategically while also demonstrating exceptional attention to detail to drive program management, execution, and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry.
