About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at AT Glazing LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of exterior and interior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including windows, doors, and other glazing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the installation process and final product.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train other workers as needed, ensuring that all team members are working together effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Material Management: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available for installations.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in installation and customer service is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
