Job Title: CNC Machinist/Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team at NovaPro Machining Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine tools, programming and troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools, including CNC machine tools
  • Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and programming
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Okuma IGF control systems
  • Programming experience with CNC lathe machines
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and tools
