Position Overview

As a Flooring Installation Specialist at NT & T Floor Design, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces through expert installation of various floor coverings. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in flooring installation is essential.
Work Environment

You will work in diverse locations, adapting to various settings and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections, measurements, and markings of surfaces designated for flooring.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and secure underlay and underpadding materials.
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings with precision.
  • Prepare and install hardwood flooring, ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Assess and repair any damaged floor coverings as needed.
  • Perform necessary tests, including moisture and temperature assessments, prior to installation.
  • Prepare floors by removing existing coverings and contaminants.
  • Efficiently load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
