Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid 309A Electrical License
  • Educational background in the trade, construction-related degree, or Technical College Diploma.
  • At least 10 years of supervisory experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction settings, with expertise in costing, planning, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with estimating software, particularly Accubid.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Project, Word).
