Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at ICW Immigration Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, promoting industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas, and providing consultation on planning and starting new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development
  • Administer programs to support industrial and commercial investment
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business development
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business development initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
