Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focus, flexibility, and initiative
