At Mama Mia Italian Kitchen, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
* Supervise staff performance and provide guidance on customer service standards
* Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
* Address customer complaints and concerns

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

* The Restaurant Manager will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
* Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
