Job Title: Administrative Processes Specialist

At the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB), we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Processes Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the needs of our organization, conceiving and applying professional techniques in the field of administrative methods and systems to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze administrative system needs and develop strategies to improve efficiency
  • Plan and monitor administrative procedures, including the development of policies and manuals
  • Develop and implement administrative quality assurance systems
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or social sciences
  • Five years of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of administrative methods and techniques, budget management, data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of management information systems and data bases
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Cree or French is an asset
