We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team at Dun-Rite Plastics & Custom Fabrication Inc. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining precision tools and molds for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate CNC machine tools to produce high-precision parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to ensure accurate tool production
  • Set up and operate electrical discharge machines (EDM) to create complex tooling
  • Lay out, shape, and assemble patterns of metal, wood, plastic, and other materials from blueprints, models, or templates
  • Position, secure, measure, and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy loads and manual dexterity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as required
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is noisy and dusty, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy loads and manual dexterity.
