About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Simply MRI Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, manufacturing or processing industry.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, organization, reliability, team player, values and ethics.
