Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Simply MRI Inc.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize production.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production and quality control.
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines as needed.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage departmental budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise and train employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve daily operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and large workloads.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality control and accuracy.
Work Environment:

The Manufacturing Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment will require attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Manufacturing Manager will work 40 hours per week.
