Job Summary
Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at the Bay Adelaide Centre. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant security protocols and procedures, including emergency response plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and AED certification required.
- Valid Security Licence required.
