Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties and provide guidance as needed.
This role requires a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physical demands, and standing for extended periods. You must be able to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
Personal Qualities- Dependability and reliability are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
- Flexibility and initiative are also crucial, as you will need to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Judgement and reliability are also key qualities for this role.
