Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of the business.
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling are also required.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Initiative and good judgment are essential for success in this role.
