We are seeking a skilled CNG Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of our extensive network of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations and beyond. With a robust presence of over 220 alternative fueling stations nationwide, we focus on innovative fuel solutions including CNG, Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Hydrogen Fuel, Renewable Diesel, and Biodiesel. Our comprehensive service offerings encompass station design, construction expertise, 24/7 operational support, maintenance, grant writing, and commercial assistance.

Position Overview:
As a CNG Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of our fueling stations. You will engage in the maintenance, adjustment, diagnosis, and repair of various electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves working with CNG, RNG, and Hydrogen fueling stations, including control panels, compressors, meters, and valves, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with compressors, pumps, engines, and other systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and document all activities meticulously.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the stations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with state regulations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC systems, and high-pressure gases are highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with service software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Capability to perform routine maintenance tasks, including walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel as necessary.
  • Must provide personal tools for maintenance and repairs.
