Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer

We are seeking dedicated and industrious individuals to become part of our workforce as Construction Laborers. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on setting and are prepared to tackle physically demanding responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • No formal educational background is necessary; however, prior experience in a related field is advantageous.
Work Environment
  • Expect a lively and dusty atmosphere typical of construction sites.
Job Setting
  • Flexibility to travel to various job locations is essential.
  • Capability to work in remote areas and on diverse construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and distribute materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Prepare ground surfaces to meet precise specifications.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Remove debris and rubble from work zones.
  • Assist in managing traffic around construction sites.
Work Conditions & Requirements
  • Fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Physically demanding tasks that involve heavy lifting.
  • Repetitive duties requiring good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Must possess personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and ear protection.
Employment Details
  • This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week.
  • English will be the primary language used in the workplace.
