Job Title: Property Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Labourer to support our commercial property maintenance team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our commercial properties, including asphalt & concrete repair, landscaping, landscape maintenance, pressure washing, street sweeping, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform property maintenance tasks, including site cleanup, landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, and manual labor.
  • Operate property maintenance equipment, such as blowpacks, lawn mowers, line trimmers, pressure washers, and other tools.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team, including contractors, supervisors, and fellow labourers, to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools and property maintenance equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean Driver's abstract with trailer experience.
