Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of security services.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Flexibility.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
