Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Wilson's Business Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
