Retail Sales Leader | Armani Group

As a pivotal figure within the Armani Group, you will be an integral part of a dynamic leadership and sales unit, inspiring and motivating your team daily. Your role will focus on aligning the entire team towards maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, nurturing talent, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and effectively. Your ability to blend entrepreneurial flair, a passion for the brand, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail sector with organizational expertise will significantly enhance both client and associate experiences.

In your capacity as a Retail Sales Leader, you will also contribute to marketing and client engagement strategies. Your consistent presence on the sales floor will foster excellence in client interactions and guarantee that associates receive real-time coaching. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing store strategies that build trust with clients and associates, ultimately driving revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication is shared throughout the team.

To excel in this position, you should lead by example with integrity, collaboration, and a spirit of intellectual curiosity. You should be strategic, capable of navigating ambiguity and change, and focused on achieving results. As a member of the management team, you will also be tasked with driving personal sales alongside your team.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Two (2) years of experience in a similar retail management role College/Post-Secondary degree preferred Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to influence partners and inspire direct reports Proficiency in Retail Systems and Office applications, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Flexible availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends While not mandatory, proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is considered a strong asset
