Job Title: Farm Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team at Delfresh Mushroom Farm Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and farm trucks.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dusty, odorous, and wet environments.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Organized and flexible with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
