Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Farm Labourer to join our team at H.Q. Mushroom Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, working in a fast-paced environment, and handling heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, farm trucks, and loaders.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
  • Perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work in a rural area, outdoors, and at heights.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including working in dusty and wet/damp conditions.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, outdoors, and at heights. The work environment will be fast-paced, with a focus on meeting production deadlines.
