- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the agricultural sector.
- Operational Duties: You will be responsible for:
- Mixing fertilizers to enhance crop yield.
- Shearing and shaping trees and plants with precision.
- Conducting weeding activities to maintain crop health.
- Maintaining comprehensive financial and production records.
- Providing essential agricultural services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Ensuring adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols.
- Maintaining quality control and production logs.
- Supervising and overseeing all growing and crop-related operations.
- Keeping accurate work records and logs.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
- Performing general farm duties as required.
You will oversee a team of more than 20 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
