Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit detailed reports on production metrics.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff or coordinate external training opportunities.
- Ensure the safety of all operational activities.
- Manage the requisition and ordering of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Set up and maintain machines and equipment for optimal performance.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of 3-4 individuals, including glass forming and finishing machine operators and glass cutters.
- Propose and implement strategies to boost productivity and improve product quality.
You will oversee a small team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Materials HandledThe primary material involved in this role is glass.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Excel is required for data management and reporting.
Physical Requirements- Ability to handle heavy loads.
- Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
