Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of nursing practice and regulations
  • Exercise judgment in meeting patient needs and making decisions
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing from an approved program
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Mandatory certification in CPR
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
