About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide professional nursing care to clients and plan, carry out, and evaluate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient and renal departments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of nursing practice and regulations
  • Exercise sound judgment in meeting patient needs
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing from an approved program with medication certificate
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Mandatory certification in CPR
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
