About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team at Kim's Premier Taekwondo. As a martial arts instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and demonstrating various martial arts techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Lead group and individual training sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
  • Collaborate with other instructors to plan and deliver comprehensive martial arts programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
